We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in D365 CRM / Customer Engagement and related technologies e.g., Power Platform, Azure, and .NET. This role requires the ability to solve real world customer business problems using Microsoft Solutions that align with business goals and processes. Responsibilities :

Deep knowledge of D365 CRM Sales, Power Apps, and Power Platform.
Deep knowledge of configuring, customizing, and extending CRM applications
Responsible for collaboration with cross-functional team to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements.
Be involved in analysis and design phases of a project, participate in application design sessions, and make solution recommendations.
Work cooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changing workloads. Qualifications:
BE/BTech/MCA degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, Azure implementation experience
Experience and understanding of Dynamics CRM Sales, Service and Marketing workflows.
Experience in Configuring D365 CRM to align with the Organization structure and processes. This includes configuring security roles, business units, users, and system settings.
Experience in Customizing D365 CRM to meet specific business requirements. This includes creating custom entities, fields, forms, views, business processes, web resources ribbon/sitemap.
Experience in Automating D365 CRM workflows, business rules, Plugins to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
Experience in Extending D365 CRM with C#, Plugins, xRM toolkit, SDK, client-side JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, PCF controls.
Experience in Power Apps development with Model Drive Apps and Canvas Apps
Experience in Power Automate Flows development
Experience in Integrating D365 CRM with internal systems Business Central, legacy applications and external systems SQUARE payment, DocuSign, Mailchimp using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus Queues
Experience in Data migration using SQL Server, SSIS, Kingsway Soft
Preferably from .NET development background with C# .NET, ASP.net MVC, Web API, SQL Server
Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) practices Agile Scrum, Boards, Repos, Pipelines, D365 Solution deployments
Strong knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles, design patterns, best practices.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
